These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website llcgoglobal.com and all services, products, and digital content offered by Go Global LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Go Global LLC provides the following services to contractors and local businesses:

• Google Ads and Local Service Ads management
• Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads management
• Local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
• Photo, video, and drone content production
• Lead management and follow-up systems
• Digital products and educational courses (including Google Business Profile Blueprint)

2. SMS Messaging Terms

SMS Program Name: Go Global LLC Lead Notifications & Client Communications

Description of Message Types: By opting in to our SMS program, you may receive the following types of messages:

• Appointment reminders and booking confirmations
• Follow-up messages after form submissions or calls
• Lead notification alerts for your CRM system
• Service updates and campaign performance check-ins
• Onboarding instructions and next-step notifications
• Promotional messages about our services (with your consent)

Message frequency varies depending on the services you have enrolled in. You may receive up to 4–8 messages per month.

How to Opt In: You may opt in by submitting your phone number through our contact forms, booking pages, or by verbally agreeing during a consultation call with our team.

How to Opt Out: You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

How to Rejoin: If you have opted out and wish to receive SMS messages again, simply reply START to the same number, or contact us at info@llcgoglobal.com or (425) 683-3107 to re-enroll.

Carrier Liability Disclaimer: Carriers (including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to the terms of your mobile carrier and network availability.

SMS Data Privacy: No mobile opt-in data or consent information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

3. Digital Products — Google Business Profile Blueprint

The Google Business Profile Blueprint is a digital educational product sold for $89. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following:

• Access is granted immediately upon successful payment
• The license is for personal use only — you may not resell, redistribute, or share access
• Content is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced without written permission
• We reserve the right to update course content at any time
• Results are not guaranteed — outcomes depend on individual effort and circumstances

4. Marketing & Advertising Services

For ongoing marketing services (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO), the following terms apply:

• Services are provided on a month-to-month basis unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Either party may terminate services with 14 days written notice
• Ad spend budgets are managed on behalf of the client and billed separately from management fees
• We do not guarantee specific results — advertising performance depends on market conditions, budget, competition, and other factors
• Client is responsible for providing accurate business information and required materials
• We reserve the right to decline service to any business at our discretion

5. Website Development Services

• Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on client response time and content delivery
• A deposit of 50% is required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion
• Client is responsible for providing all content, images, and materials required for the project
• Ownership of the final website transfers to the client upon receipt of full payment
• We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless client requests otherwise in writing
• Hosting and maintenance after delivery are not included unless specified in a separate agreement

6. Our Guarantee

For advertising and lead generation services, if our system does not produce results after 2 months of active work, we will continue working at no additional charge until your advertising investment reaches break-even. This guarantee is subject to the following conditions:

• Client maintains the agreed minimum advertising budget throughout the campaign
• Client responds to leads and estimate requests in a timely manner
• Client provides accurate business information and service area details
• Terms are discussed and agreed upon individually at the start of engagement

This guarantee does not apply to website-only projects or digital product purchases.

7. Payment Terms

• All prices are in US dollars (USD)
• Payments are processed securely through Stripe
• Sales tax may be applied based on your location and applicable state law
• Invoices for ongoing services are due within 7 days of receipt
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• Chargebacks initiated without prior communication will result in immediate service termination

8. Intellectual Property

All content on llcgoglobal.com — including text, graphics, logos, images, and digital products — is the property of Go Global LLC and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or misleading content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Resell or redistribute our digital products without authorization
• Use our services for any illegal business activities

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Go Global LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our services will meet your specific requirements, be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free, or that the results obtained will be accurate or reliable.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Go Global LLC and its members, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Snohomish County, Washington.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
